Standard indoor installation costs $65 per light for 10 or more lights, or $75 per light for fewer than 10. Standard outdoor soffit installation costs $95 per light. All prices are before HST.

Yes. Our standard pot light prices include the fixture, installation materials and labour. Additional switches, dimmers, timers and non-standard work are identified separately.

Ten standard indoor pot lights cost $650 before HST. Any additional controls, non-standard work and applicable ESA fees are confirmed in your written quote.

The number depends on room dimensions, ceiling height, fixture brightness and how the room is used. We recommend a layout after reviewing your space.

Yes, where the ceiling construction and wiring access allow. Additional access openings may be needed, and we discuss this before installation. We do not promise that every installation can be completed without drywall openings.

We can provide dimmable fixtures with a compatible dimmer. Dimmer or timer installation is $50, subject to the agreed scope.

We discuss available fixture options and colour temperatures with you before installation. We help you choose a consistent appearance suited to your rooms.

Elecomp handles the applicable ESA notification and inspection process for the electrical work. Your quote specifies the associated fees and documentation.

Timing depends on the number of fixtures, ceiling construction, wiring access and controls. We provide an expected schedule after reviewing the project.
